A MAN INJURED IN ROAD ACCIDENT IN BLANTYRE

An unidentified driver is suspected to have sustained various degrees of injuries after being involved in a road accident in Blantyre.

The accident occurred near the Blantyre Water Board offices, around the old Blantyre Dairy Board premises.

According to observations at the scene, the vehicle was travelling from Kamuzu Stadium towards Ndirande when the accident occurred after hitting a concrete street light pole.

Details surrounding the cause of the accident and the extent of the driver’s injuries are not yet known.
