Super League of Malawi has announced that the second round of FDH Bank Premiership will commence on 10th October 2026 after two weeks break.
According to SULOM the break will run from 21st September 2026 after the final match between Mighty Wanderers and Blue Eagles on 19th September and the break will coincidentally run together with FIFA International Window running from 21st September to 6 October 2026.
All the final matches of FDH Bank Premiership for first round were played last weekend except a match involving Mighty Wanderers and Blue Eagles as Wanderers is taking part in CAF Champions League.
SULOM further advised all the Premiership teams to make sure that they have completed all the new signings and transfers in time and in accordance with relevant requirements ahead of league resumption.
The statement by SULOM wished all the teams a productive break and looks forward for an exciting resumption of second round.
