Cables can exclusively that Malawi’s ex-Cabinet ministers Sam Kawale and Sosten Gwengwe, including former Ministers Sam Kawale and Sosten Gwengwe, plus former SPC Colleen Zamba, are in custody following a joint investigation by the Anti-Corruption Bureau and Fiscal Police.
