Mzuzu city is wearing a blue face ahead of the incoming and Former State President Arthur Peter Mutharika’s rally scheduled for Saturday, September 2024.
This will be his second political rally this year after the massive Njamba rally that shook the city of Blantyre and Malawi, few months ago.
Our visit in different parts of the city has shown many DPP flags flying on top of shops ,trees,electricity poles and even on vehicles and many supporters clad in party colors.
As of today you can hardly see other parties flags in the city.Its a blue Mzuzu .
Our sources indicate that APM will be recieved with an overwhelming support in mzuzu as people from all walks of life have decried the poor status of economy in the country.
Mutharika will hold a political rally at Katoto ground on Saturday.
This will be his first political event after being unanimously voted to lead DPP for the next five years at the July Convention and be the party’s torch bearer in next year’s Presidential elections.
