Newly appointed Democratic Progressive Party Secretary General Baba Peter Mukhito has told Malawians to vote for incoming President , Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika and Democratic Progressive Party for economic development of the nation , food security and and continued infrastructure development.

He was speaking on Saturday at Katoto ground in Mzuzu where the Democratic Progressive Party leader Peter Mutharika and senior party officials were holding their first rally in Mzuzu , since the party appointed Mutharika as party’s bearer in 2025 elections .

In his remarks, Mukhito said : Ndaima kuti ndipereke report la chipani.
