Fuel Prices Go Up Effective October 16

Malawians should brace for more problems and sufferings amid the hike of fuel prices slated for 16 October 2025.

This follows several depreciation of Malawi Kwacha and incompetence leadership under Lazarus Chakwera which has failed to manage Malawi economy .

Petroleum gas has jumped from 3,245 Kwacha to 3,740 Kwacha, representing 15.25 percent.

Prices of goods and services are likely to go up .
