Outgoing President Reverend Lazarus Chakwera got a taste of a dosage of his own medicine on Thursday , as the spirit of political violence which he championed in Malawi between 2019 to 2020 leading to the death of a good police officer Supt. Usumani Imedi haunted him .

Billions of business capital and property were lost by captains of business in Lilongwe ,following the havoc that was wrecked by Malawi Congress Party militia dubbed Msundwe Barracks ….

Reverend Chakwera vowed to shade blood in Malawi and fast forward to 2024, he is receiving the same violent he championed with his convoy stoned and his presidential vehicles smashed by angry citizen in lower shire .

Former President Arthur Peter Mutharika on several occasions has called upon Reverend Chakwera to condemn the political violence championed by his MCP paramilitary wing in central region . But Chakwera showed a blind eye.

It’s high time Reverend Chakwera must stand and condemn political violence.

DPP supporters were hacked and beaten at Mbowe filling station when they were preparing for blue parade! No arrests were done and the police spokesperson said he assumed that it was in-house fighting between camps in the opposition party .

The owner of the vehicle which was used was known to be for one of the MCP prominent figure.

In mponela ,Afford members were also assaulted and up to now police has not come with detailed report concerning the incidence and no one condemned it from the government!
