Former President who is also People’s Party leader Dr Joyce Banda says if MEC and RNB fail to register people deliberately for political reasons denying Malawians their rights to vote next year, Malawi must expect ‘civil war’ hatched by these two government agencies.

She was speaking today at Chinkhoma ground in Kasungu district where she had a mass rally.

She has given an example where many citizens are denied their constitutional right to register without proper explanation contrary to court orders.
